Beijia Aluminum has two production line of 75MN and 25MN reverse double-actingextrusion, 15T and 5T melting and casting line, 1000T forging line,homogenizing furnace, aging furnace, vertical quenching furnace, tension stretching machine, straightening machine and HaasVF5D /4D vertical machining center from the U.S., DT-1 drilling center, Mikron Riga HEM800/1000 vertical machining center, gantry machining center, horizontal machining center and other equipment, altogether more than 280 sets. The technology R&D center is equipped with more than 30 sets of testing equipment, for example, Shimadzu direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, fatigue testing machine, universal testing machine, etc.
